In the time of Jesus, many followed Him for earthly blessings, yet His teachings focused on the spiritual. In today's verse, Jesus said that He is the bread of life and whoever comes to Him will never go hungry. Jesus is the bread that came down from Heaven, His broken body sacrificed on the cross. When we accept Jesus as our Savior, He satisfies our hearts with love, joy, peace, and eternal life. Let us remember what Jesus said, "Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me has everlasting life."
இயேசு அவர்களை நோக்கி: ஜீவஅப்பம் நானே, என்னிடத்தில் வருகிறவன் ஒருக்காலும் பசியடையான், என்னிடத்தில் விசுவாசமாயிருக்கிறவன் ஒருக்காலும் தாகமடையான்.

இயேசுவின் காலத்தில், பூமிக்குரிய ஆசீர்வாதங்களுக்காக பலர் அவரைப் பின்தொடர்ந்தனர், ஆனால் அவருடைய போதனைகள் ஆன்மீகத்தில் கவனம் செலுத்துகின்றன. இன்றைய வசனத்தில், இயேசுவே ஜீவ அப்பம் என்றும், தம்மிடம் வருபவன் ஒருக்காலும் பசியடைய மாட்டான் என்றும் கூறினார். இயேசு பரலோகத்திலிருந்து இறங்கிய அப்பம், அவருடைய உடைந்த உடல் சிலுவையில் பலியிடப்பட்டது. நாம் இயேசுவை நம் இரட்சகராக ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளும்போது, அவர் நம் இதயங்களை அன்பு, மகிழ்ச்சி, அமைதி மற்றும் நித்திய ஜீவனால் திருப்திப்படுத்துகிறார். "என்னிடத்தில் விசுவாசமாயிருக்கிறவனுக்கு நித்தியஜீவன் உண்டென்று மெய்யாகவே மெய்யாகவே உங்களுக்குச் சொல்லுகிறேன்." என்று இயேசு சொன்னதை நினைவு கூருவோம்.
