The meek will He guide in judgment: and the meek will He teach His way. Psalm 25:9
David's heart was always closely connected to God, filled with hunger and thirst for His presence. Often, he prayed to God to teach him and lead him in His ways. In today's verse, he says that God guides the meek in justice, and He instructs them in His way. The term 'meek' denotes gentleness, a positive character involving kind and humble interactions with others. It is challenging to be a person of gentleness and meekness, especially when provoked, we tend to respond with words of anger. Jesus says to His people, "Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls." Only through Christ we can get the good qualities of meekness to receive guidance from Him.
(கர்த்தர்) சாந்தகுணமுள்ளவர்களை நியாயத்திலே நடத்தி, சாந்தகுணமுள்ளவர்களுக்குத் தமது வழியைப் போதிக்கிறார்.

தாவீதின் இதயம் எப்பொழுதும் கடவுளுடன் நெருக்கமாக இணைந்திருந்தது, அவருடைய பிரசன்னத்திற்காக ஏக்கம் மற்றும், தாகத்தால் நிறைந்திருந்தார். அடிக்கடி, கர்த்தரிடம் தனக்குப் போதித்து, அவருடைய வழிகளில் நடத்தும்படி ஜெபித்தார். இன்றைய வசனத்தில், கடவுள் சாந்தகுணமுள்ளவர்களை நீதியில் வழிநடத்தி, அவர்களுக்கு தனது வழியையும் போதிக்கிறார். 'சாந்தம்' என்ற சொல் மென்மையைக் குறிக்கிறது, மற்றவர்களுடன் கனிவான மற்றும் பணிவான தொடர்புகளை உள்ளடக்கிய ஒரு நேர்மறையான குணம். பொதுவாக நாம் கோபப்படுத்தப் படும்போது, மென்மையும் சாந்தமும் உடையவராக இருப்பது சவாலானது, கோபமான வார்த்தைகளால் பதிலளிக்க முனைகிறோம். இயேசு தம்மோடிருந்வர்களிடம், "நான் சாந்தமும் மனத்தாழ்மையுமாய் இருக்கிறேன், என் நுகத்தை உங்கள் மேல் ஏற்றுக்கொண்டு, என்னிடத்தில் கற்றுக் கொள்ளுங்கள், அப்பொழுது, உங்கள் ஆத்துமாக்களுக்கு இளைப்பாறுதல் கிடைக்கும்." கிறிஸ்துவின் மூலம் மட்டுமே சாந்தத்தின் நல்ல குணாதிசயங்களைப் பெற, நாம் வழிநடத்துதலைப் பெறமுடியும்.
