In this verse, King Solomon differentiates the blessing of the Lord from that are not of the Lord. He experienced so many blessings in his life and here he says that when the blessing of God brings wealth, God doesn't add any sorrow to it. That means it really matters how the blessing is obtained. If it is obtained according to the Word of God, the blessing stays, if not, eventually it brings sorrow. We must seek Him to make sure that we receive the blessings from the right source and through the right method that are aligned with God's will. Jesus instructed us to seek Him, saying, "But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you."

இந்த வசனத்தில், சாலொமோன் ராஜா, கர்த்தருடைய ஆசீர்வாதத்தையும், கர்த்தரிடத்திலிருந்து வராத ஆசீர்வாதத்தையும் வேறுபடுத்துகிறார். அவர் தனது வாழ்க்கையில் பல ஆசீர்வாதங்களை அனுபவித்தார், இங்கே அவர் கூறுகிறார், கடவுளின் ஆசீர்வாதம் செல்வத்தைத் தரும் போது, கடவுள் அதில் எந்த துக்கத்தையும் சேர்க்க மாட்டார். அதாவது, ஆசீர்வாதம் எவ்வாறு பெறப்படுகிறது என்பது உண்மையில் முக்கியமானது. கடவுளுடைய வார்த்தையின்படி அது பெறப்பட்டால், ஆசீர்வாதம் நிலைத்திருக்கும், இல்லையென்றால், இறுதியில் அது துக்கத்தைத் தருகிறது. முறையாக, கடவுளுடைய சித்தத்துடன் இணைந்த சரியான வழியில் ஆசீர்வாதங்களைப் பெறுவதை உறுதிசெய்ய நாம் அவரைத் தேட வேண்டும். இயேசு நாம் அவரைத் தேடும்படி அறிவுறுத்தி, "முதலாவது தேவனுடைய ராஜ்யத்தையும் அவருடைய நீதியையும் தேடுங்கள், அப்பொழுது இவைகளெல்லாம் உங்களுக்குக்கூடக் கொடுக்கப்படும்." என்று சொன்னார்.
