Blog # Y2 001 - "Praise Deepens Our Relationship with God"

He would have fed them also with the finest of wheat; And with honey from the rock I would have satisfied you. Psalm 81:16.

Today's verse states that God invites us to receive the very best of His blessings, including the finest wheat and honey from the rock to satisfy us. God is our provider, showing His love and care for us. He is the same God who fed the people of Israel with bread from heaven during times of hunger and provided water from the rock in the wilderness when they obeyed His word. To receive these blessings, we need to listen to His words and walk in His path. Let us echo the words of David: "I will abundantly bless her(Zion's) provision; I will satisfy her(Zion's) poor with bread."

உச்சிதமான கோதுமையினால் அவர்களைப் போஷிப்பார், கன்மலையின் தேனினால் உன்னைத் திருப்தியாக்குவேன். சங்கீதம் 81:16.

இன்றைய வசனம், நம்மை  சிறந்த கோதுமையினாலும், கன்மலைத்தேனாலும்  திருப்திப்படுத்தி; அவருடைய ஆசீர்வாதங்களில் மிகச் சிறந்ததைப் பெற கடவுள் நம்மை அழைக்கிறார் என்று கூறுகிறது.    கடவுள் நமக்கு போதுமானவர், அவர் நம்மீது அன்பும் அக்கரையும் காட்டுகிறார்.  இஸ்ரவேல் ஜனங்களுக்கு பசியின் போது வானத்திலிருந்து மன்னாவையும், அவருடைய வார்த்தைக்குக் கீழ்ப்படிந்தபோது பாலைவனத்தில் பாறையிலிருந்து தண்ணீரையும்; கொடுத்ததும் அதே கடவுள்.  இந்த ஆசீர்வாதங்களைப் பெற, நாம் அவருடைய வார்த்தைகளைக் கேட்டு, அவருடைய வழியில் நடக்க வேண்டும்.  தாவீதின் வார்த்தைகளை நாம் எதிரொலிப்போம்: "அதின்(சீயோனின்) ஆகாரத்தை நான் ஆசீர்வதித்து வருவேன், அதின்(சீயோனின்) ஏழைகளை நான் அப்பத்தினால் திருப்தியாக்குவேன்."
