"Honor the Lord"

Honor the Lord with your possessions, And with the firstfruits of all your increase. Proverbs 3:9

God has blessed us with good wealth and health. It is important to honor God with our possessions. We are expected to give God the best and the first of everything that we possess, including our finances. Worshiping the Lord, spending time with Him, and sharing the Gospel are just a few other ways we can honor our God. Let us say with King David, "Sing out the honor of His name; Make His praise glorious."

உன் பொருளாலும், உன் எல்லா விளைவின் முதற்பலனாலும் கர்த்தரைக் கனம்பண்ணு. நீதிமொழிகள் 3:9

கடவுள் நமக்கு நல்ல செல்வத்தையும் ஆரோக்கியத்தையும் கொடுத்து ஆசீர்வதித்துள்ளார்.  நம்முடைய உடைமைகளால் கடவுளை கனம் பண்ணவேண்டியது முக்கியம்.  நமது நிதி உட்பட நம்மிடம் உள்ள எல்லாவற்றிலும் சிறந்ததையும் முதன்மையானதையும் கடவுளுக்கு கொடுக்க வேண்டும் என்று எதிர்பார்க்கப்படுகிறோம்.  தேவனுக்கு  ஆராதனைசெய்து, அவருடன் நேரத்தைச் செலவிடுவது, நற்செய்தியைப் பகிர்ந்துகொள்வது ஆகியவை நம் கடவுளைக் கனப்படுத்துவதற்கான வேறு சில வழிகள்.  "அவர் நாமத்தின் மகத்துவத்தைக் கீர்த்தனம்பண்ணி, அவருடைய துதியின் மகிமையைக் கொண்டாடுங்கள்." என்று தாவீது ராஜாவுடன்  சேர்ந்து சொல்லுவோம்.
