"In Christ, we are a new creation."

Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new. 2 Corinthians 5:17

Today's verse is about the new life in Christ Jesus. When we surrender our lives to God, He sends His Holy Spirit to dwell within us and begins a process of transformation. Transformation does not come easily. While God does the work, we are called to surrender every area of our lives and live in obedience to His will. We need to pray, meditate on His word, and apply it in our lives every day. Then, old characteristics are gone, and new characteristics have come.  Let us pray to  God as Prophet Ezekiel said, "I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; I will remove your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh."

இன்றைய வசனம் கிறிஸ்து இயேசுவுக்குள் நம் புதிய வாழ்க்கையைப் பற்றியது.  நாம் நம் வாழ்க்கையை கடவுளிடம் ஒப்படைக்கும்போது, ​பரிசுத்த ஆவியானவர் நமக்குள் தங்கி ஒரு புதிய  மாற்றத்திற்கான செயல்முறையைத் தொடங்குகிறார்.  மாற்றம் எளிதில் வராது.  கடவுள், தன் வேலையைச் நம்மில் செய்யும்போது, ​​​​நம் வாழ்வின் ஒவ்வொரு பகுதியையும் ஒப்படைத்து, அவருடைய சித்தத்திற்குக் கீழ்ப்படிந்து வாழ அழைக்கப்படுகிறோம்.  நாம் ஜெபிக்க வேண்டும், அவருடைய வார்த்தையை தியானிக்க வேண்டும், ஒவ்வொரு நாளும் அதை நம் வாழ்வில் கடைப்பிடிக்க வேண்டும்.  அப்போது, பழைய பண்புகள் மறைந்து, புதிய பண்புகள் வரும்.  எசேக்கியேல் தீர்க்கதரிசி கூறியது போல் கடவுளிடம் பிரார்த்தனை செய்வோம், "உங்களுக்கு நவமான இருதயத்தைக் கொடுத்து, உங்கள் உள்ளத்திலே புதிதான ஆவியைக் கட்டளையிட்டு, கல்லான இருதயத்தை உங்கள் மாம்சத்திலிருந்து எடுத்துப்போட்டு, சதையான இருதயத்தை உங்களுக்குக் கொடுப்பேன்."
