"God heals the broken heart."

The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit, A broken and a contrite heart. These, O God, You will not despise. Psalm 51:17.

Today’s verse speaks about the sacrifices of God. The sacrifice pleasing to God is a broken spirit. King David poured out his heart as he sinned against God, and with guilt, he was broken and crushed. God heals the broken heart. He said that God will not reject him, as God is near to the broken-hearted and saves them. In the Bible, the prophet Samuel's mother, Hannah, was broken in spirit, crying for a baby. But God heard her and answered her prayer with a baby, Samuel. God looks at our hearts when we approach Him. If we go before God with hatred and bitterness, He will not accept our prayers and praises. In Psalm 34:18, King David says, "The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, And saves such as have a contrite spirit."

தேவனுக்கேற்கும் பலிகள் நொறுங்குண்ட ஆவிதான்; தேவனே, நொறுங்குண்டதும் நருங்குண்டதுமான இருதயத்தை நீர் புறக்கணியீர். சங்கீதம் 51:17.

இன்றைய வசனம் தேவனின் தியாகங்களைப் பற்றி சொல்லுகிறது. தேவனுக்குப் பிரியமான பலி ஒரு உடைந்த ஆவி. தாவீது ராஜா தேவனுக்கு விரோதமாக பாவம் செய்தபோது தனது இதயத்தை ஊற்றினார், குற்ற உணர்ச்சியால், அவர் மனமுடைந்து நொறுக்கப்பட்டார். உடைந்த இதயத்தை தேவன்  சுகமாக்குகிறார். தேவன் அவரைப் புறக்கணிக்க மாட்டார் என்று கூறினார், ஏனெனில் தேவன்  மனம் உடைந்தவர்களுக்கு அருகில் இருந்து அவர்களுக்கு ஆறுதல் கூறி இரட்ச்சிக்கிறார். பைபிளில், தீர்க்கதரிசி சாமுவேலின் தாய் அன்னாள், ஆவி உடைந்து, குழந்தைக்காக அழுகிறாள். ஆகையால் தேவன்  அவளுக்குச் செவிசாய்த்தார், சாமுவேல் என்ற குழந்தையுடன் அவளுடைய ஜெபத்திற்கு பதிலளித்தார். நாம் அவரை அணுகும்போது, தேவன்  நம் இதயத்தைப் பார்க்கிறார். நாம் வெறுப்புடனும் கசப்புடனும் தேவனுக்கு முன்பாகச் சென்றால், அவர் நம்முடைய ஜெபங்களையும் துதிகளையும் ஏற்றுக்கொள்ள மாட்டார். சங்கீதம் 34:18 -ல், தாவீது ராஜா கூறுகிறார், "நொறுங்குண்ட இருதயமுள்ளவர்களுக்குக் கர்த்தர் சமீபமாயிருந்து, நருங்குண்ட ஆவியுள்ளவர்களை இரட்சிக்கிறார்."
