"Christ is risen, hope abounds."

Why do you seek the living among the dead? He is not here, but is risen! Luke 24:5-6.

Angels appeared to the women who went to look for Jesus in the grave and declared that Jesus Christ is risen! Death could not hold Him; He rose from the grave. His power could not be contained within a grave, His love could not be conquered by death, and the truth could never be buried and forgotten. He tells us that we don't have to be stuck in our past. No matter what we’ve been through in the past, what we might be facing today, or what uncertainties tomorrow may hold, Christ alone is our Living Hope. Our past cannot hold us, and our future cannot threaten us because He gives us new life every day. He wants us to believe in Him and walk in the power of His resurrection to see miracles every day in our lives.  Romans 8:11 says, "But if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who dwells in you."

உயிரோடிருக்கிறவரை நீங்கள் மரித்தோரிடத்தில் தேடுகிறதென்ன? அவர் இங்கே இல்லை, அவர் உயிர்த்தெழுந்தார். லூக்கா 24:5-6.

கல்லறையில் இயேசுவைத் தேடச் சென்ற பெண்களுக்கு தேவதூதர்கள் தோன்றி இயேசு கிறிஸ்து உயிர்த்தெழுந்தார் என்று அறிவித்தார்கள்! அவர் மரணத்தினால் கட்டப்பட்டிருக்கக் கூடாதிருந்தது; அவர் கல்லறையிலிருந்து எழுந்தார். அவரதுவல்லமையை ஒரு கல்லறைக்குள் அடக்க முடியாது, அவரது அன்பை மரணத்தால் வெல்ல முடியாது, உண்மையை ஒருபோதும் புதைத்து மறக்க முடியாது. நாம் பழையவைகளில் சிக்கிக்கொள்ளவேண்டாம் என்று அவர் கூறுகிறார். கடந்த காலத்தில் நாம் எதைச் சந்தித்திருந்தாலும், இன்று நாம் எதை எதிர்கொண்டாலும், அல்லது நாளை என்ன நிச்சயமற்ற நிலை ஏற்பட்டாலும், கிறிஸ்து மட்டுமே நமது ஜீவனுள்ள நம்பிக்கை. நாம் கடந்த காலத்தை சிந்தித்து, நம் எதிர்காலத்தைப் பற்றி பயப்பட வேண்டாம், ஏனென்றால் இயேசு நமக்கு ஒவ்வொரு நாளும் புதிய வாழ்க்கையைத் தருகிறார். நம் வாழ்வில் ஒவ்வொரு நாளும் அற்புதங்களைக் காண நாம் அவரை விசுவாசிக்கவும், அவருடைய உயிர்த்தெழுதலின் வல்லமையில் நடக்கவும் இயேசு விரும்புகிறார். ரோமர் 8:11 கூறுகிறது, “அன்றியும் இயேசுவை மரித்தோரிலிருந்து எழுப்பினவருடைய ஆவி உங்களில் வாசமாயிருந்தால், கிறிஸ்துவை மரித்தோரிலிருந்து எழுப்பினவர் உங்களில் வாசமாயிருக்கிற தம்முடைய ஆவியினாலே சாவுக்கேதுவான உங்கள் சரீரங்களையும் உயிர்ப்பிப்பார்."
