Peace to you! As the Father has sent Me, I also send you. John 20:21
The risen Savior appeared to many during the forty days after His resurrection. On one such occasion, Jesus entered a closed room and stood in the midst of the disciples, uttering these words. He was preparing the disciples to carry out His work in His absence, saying, "As the Father has sent me, I also send you." This indicates that He was sent to the world with a mission, and as He departs, the mission must continue; thus, He sends them into the world with the same mission of reaching the lost with the Gospel of peace. When the disciples were gripped by fear of the authorities, losing their peace entirely, these words brought them great reassurance. Today, as we bring the Gospel of peace to a world deprived of peace, it will bring significant calm and rest to people's hearts. That's why Jesus said in John 14:27, "Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid."

உயிர்த்தெழுந்த இரட்சகர் உயிர்த்தெழுந்த பின்னர் நாற்பது நாட்களாக அநேகருக்குத் தோன்றினார். அப்படிப்பட்ட ஒரு சந்தர்ப்பத்தில், இயேசு ஒரு மூடிய அறைக்குள் நுழைந்து சீஷர்கள் மத்தியில் நின்று இந்த வார்த்தைகளைச் சொன்னார். "பிதா என்னை அனுப்பினதுபோல, நானும் உங்களை அனுப்புகிறேன்" என்று சொல்லி, தாம் இல்லாத சமயத்தில் தம்முடைய பணியைச் செய்ய சீஷர்களை ஆயத்தப்படுத்திக் கொண்டிருந்தார். அவர் ஒரு பணியுடன் உலகிற்கு அனுப்பப்பட்டார் என்பதை இது குறிக்கிறது, அவர் பரலோகம் செல்லும் போது, பணி தொடர வேண்டும்; இவ்வாறு, சமாதானத்தின் நற்செய்தியுடன் இழந்தவர்களை அடையும் அதே நோக்கத்துடன் அவர் அவர்களை உலகிற்கு அனுப்புகிறார். அதிகாரிகளுக்குப் பயந்து சீஷர்கள் தங்கள் சமாதானத்தை முற்றிலுமாக இழந்தபோது, இந்த வார்த்தைகள் அவர்களுக்கு மிகுந்த நம்பிக்கையைக் கொடுத்தன. இந்த நாட்களில் , சமாதானம் இல்லாத உலகிற்கு சமாதானத்தின் நற்செய்தியை நாம் கொண்டு வரும்போது, அது மக்களின் இதயங்களில் குறிப்பிடத்தக்க சாமாதானத்தையும் இளைப்பாறுதலையும் கொண்டுவரும். அதனால்தான் இயேசு, யோவான் 14:27 -ல் , “சமாதானத்தை உங்களுக்கு வைத்துப்போகிறேன், என் சமாதானத்தையே உங்களுக்குக் கொடுக்கிறேன்; உலகம் கொடுக்கிற மாதிரி நான் உனக்குக் கொடுக்கிறதில்லை. உங்கள் இருதயம் கலங்காமலும் பயப்படாமலும் இருப்பதாக.” என்று கூறுகிறார்.
