"Wise counsel enriches hearts with wisdom."

Counsel in the heart of man is like deep water, But a man of understanding will draw it out. Proverbs 20:5.

In this proverb, King Solomon compares deep water to men of wisdom. When we connect with wise individuals, we gain more wisdom and knowledge. We need to be careful about whom we follow, whether wise or foolish people. The Bible states that the mouth of the righteous is a fountain of life, while the mouth of the wicked conceals violence. Righteous individuals are the wise ones who fear the Lord; they serve as good counselors. We will be safe when counseled by them. Our God is a Wonderful Counsellor. If we connect with Him every day by meditating on the word of God, we will become wiser. Seeking counsel from Him is like drawing water from the springs of wisdom.  Proverbs 18:4 says, "The words of a man's mouth are as deep waters, and the wellspring of wisdom as a flowing brook."

மனுஷனுடைய இருதயத்திலுள்ள யோசனை ஆழமான தண்ணீர்போலிருக்கிறது; புத்திமானோ அதை மொண்டெடுப்பான். நீதிமொழிகள் 20:5.

இந்த நீதிமொழியில், சாலொமோன் ராஜா ஆழமான தண்ணீரை ஞானமுள்ள மனிதர்களுக்கு ஒப்பிடுகிறார். புத்திசாலித்தனமான நபர்களுடன் நாம் தொடர்பு கொள்ளும்போது, நாம் அதிக ஞானத்தையும் அறிவையும் பெறுகிறோம். நாம் யாரைப் பின்பற்றுகிறோம், புத்திசாலிகளையா அல்லது முட்டாள்களையா, யாரைப் பின்பற்றுகிறோம் என்பதில் கவனமாக இருக்க வேண்டும். நீதிமானுடைய வாய் ஜீவஊற்றென்றும், துன்மார்க்கனுடைய வாய் வன்முறையை மறைத்து  வைத்திருக்கும் என்றும் பரிசுத்த வேதாகமம் சொல்லுகிறது. கர்த்தருக்குப் பயப்படுகிற ஞானிகளே நீதிமான்கள்; அவர்கள் நல்ல ஆலோசகர்களாக பணியாற்றுகிறார்கள். அவர்களால் கவுன்சிலிங் கொடுக்கப்படும்போது நாம் பாதுகாப்பாக இருப்போம். நம்முடைய தேவன் ஒரு அற்புதமான ஆலோசகர். ஒவ்வொரு நாளும் தேவனுடைய வார்த்தையை தியானிப்பதன் மூலம் நாம் அவருடன் இணைந்தால், நாம் ஞானமடைவோம். அவரிடமிருந்து ஆலோசனை கேட்பது ஞான ஊற்றுகளிலிருந்து தண்ணீர் மொண்டு எடுப்பது போன்றது.  நீதிமொழிகள் 18:4 கூறுகிறது, “மனுஷனுடைய வாய்மொழிகள் ஆழமான ஜலம்போலிருக்கும்; ஞானத்தின் ஊற்று பாய்கிற ஆற்றைப்போலிருக்கும்.”
