"God's chosen people, fear not."

You are My servant, I have chosen you and have not cast you away: Fear not, for I am with you; Be not dismayed, for I am your God. Isaiah 41:9,10.

This verse speaks to each of us directly, affirming that we are His servants, His chosen people, for a great purpose. Often, we fear for our future and question whether God is with us. But today, God is speaking to us, assuring us that He is with us. God is for us to take hold of. He has called us to be His. He has given us the power to overcome; He has given us the power to live a victorious life in Him. We do not have to live our lives in fear, for He is always with us. He is our God, and we belong to Him. When fear arises, we can claim the promise that God is with us and will make us overcomers. God will strengthen us and help us grow in knowledge, truth, and trust. He will also make us His own special people to proclaim His praises and shine in the darkness.  1 Peter 2:9 says, "But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light."

நீ என் தாசன், நான் உன்னைத் தெரிந்துகொண்டேன், நான் உன்னை வெறுத்துவிடவில்லை என்று சொன்னேன்.நீ பயப்படாதே, நான் உன்னுடனே இருக்கிறேன்; திகையாதே, நான் உன் தேவன். ஏசாயா 41:10.

இந்த வசனம் நம் ஒவ்வொருவரிடமும் நேரடியாக பேசுகிறது, ஒரு பெரிய நோக்கத்திற்காக, நாம் அவருடைய ஊழியர்கள், அவர் தேர்ந்தெடுத்த மக்கள்,என்பதை உறுதிப்படுத்துகிறது. பெரும்பாலும், நம் எதிர்காலத்தைப் பற்றி நாம் பயப்படுகிறோம், தேவன் நம்முடன் இருக்கிறாரா என்று கேட்கிறோம். ஆனால் இன்று, தேவன் நம்மோடு பேசுகிறார், அவர் நம்மோடு இருக்கிறார் என்று நமக்கு உறுதியளிக்கிறார். தேவனை நாம் பற்றிக்கொள்ள வேண்டும். அவர் நம்மை தம்முடையவர்களாக இருக்க அழைத்துள்ளார்.பிரச்சினைகளில் இருந்து விடுதலைபெற வல்லமையை அவர் நமக்குத் தந்திருக்கிறார்; அவரில் வெற்றியுள்ள வாழ்க்கை வாழ அவர் நமக்கு சக்தியைக்  கொடுத்துள்ளார். அவர் எப்போதும் நம்மோடு இருப்பதால் நாம் பயந்து வாழ வேண்டியதில்லை. அவர் நம் தேவன், நாம் அவருக்கு சொந்தமானவர்கள். பயம் எழும்போது, தேவன் நம்மோடு இருக்கிறார், நமக்கு விடுதலையைக் கொடுப்பார் என்ற வாக்குறுதியை நமக்கு  உரியதாக்கலாம். தேவன் நம்மைப் பெலப்படுத்தி, அறிவிலும், சத்தியத்திலும், நம்பிக்கையிலும் வளர உதவுவார். தேவனைத்  துதித்து இருளில் இருப்பவர்களுக்கு ஒளியாக இருக்க, அவர் நம்மை அவருடைய சொந்த ஜனமாக்குவார்.  1 பேதுரு 2:9 சொல்லுகிறது, "நீங்களோ, உங்களை அந்தகாரத்தினின்று தம்முடைய ஆச்சரியமான ஒளியினிடத்திற்கு வரவழைத்தவருடைய புண்ணியங்களை அறிவிக்கும்படிக்குத் தெரிந்துகொள்ளப்பட்ட சந்ததியாயும், ராஜரீகமான ஆசாரியக்கூட்டமாயும், பரிசுத்த ஜாதியாயும், அவருக்குச் சொந்தமான ஜனமாயும் இருக்கிறீர்கள்."
