"God's ransom brings freedom and joy."

With everlasting joy on their heads. They shall obtain joy and gladness, and sorrow and sighing shall flee away. Isaiah 35:10.

In Isaiah's prophecy, the people ransomed by the Lord are those saved from the bondage of sin and its consequence of death. This foreshadows the ultimate ransom paid by Jesus Christ, who suffered and died for all humanity throughout history. Through Christ, anyone who chooses to accept Him as their Lord and Savior can be saved. Choosing to follow Christ grants us freedom from the enslavement of sin. This freedom brings joy, peace, and a song of gratitude to our hearts. Walking with Christ daily allows us to dwell in His presence, where we find comfort and our sorrows and distress are driven away.  Revelation 7:17 says, “For the Lamb who is in the midst of the throne will shepherd them and lead them to living fountains of waters. And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes.”

நித்திய மகிழ்ச்சி அவர்கள் தலையின்மேலிருக்கும்; சந்தோஷமும் மகிழ்ச்சியும் அடைவார்கள்; சஞ்சலமும் தவிப்பும் ஓடிப்போம். ஏசாயா 35:10.

ஏசாயாவின் தீர்க்கதரிசனத்தில், கர்த்தரால் மீட்கப்பட்ட மக்கள் பாவத்தின் அடிமைத்தனத்திலிருந்தும், அதன் மரணத்தின் விளைவிலிருந்தும் காப்பாற்றப்பட்டவர்கள். இது வரலாறு முழுவதும் மனிதகுலம் முழுவதற்காகவும் பாடுபட்டு மரித்த இயேசு கிறிஸ்துவால் செலுத்தப்பட்ட இறுதியான  மீட்கும்பொருளை முன்னறிவிக்கிறது. கிறிஸ்துவின் மூலமாக, அவரை தங்கள் கர்த்தராகவும் இரட்சகராகவும் ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளுகிறவர்கள் எவரும் இரட்சிக்கப்பட முடியும். கிறிஸ்துவைப் பின்பற்றத் தேர்ந்தெடுப்பது பாவத்தின் அடிமைத்தனத்திலிருந்து நமக்கு விடுதலை அளிக்கிறது. இந்த சுதந்திரம் நம் இதயங்களுக்கு மகிழ்ச்சியையும், சமாதானத்தையும், நன்றியுணர்வுள்ள பாடலையும்  தருகிறது. தினமும் கிறிஸ்துவோடு நடப்பது அவருடைய பிரசன்னத்தில் வாழ நம்மை அனுமதிக்கிறது, அங்கு நாம் ஆறுதலடைகிறோம், நமது துக்கங்களும் துயரங்களும் துரத்தப்பட்டு ஓடிவிடும்.  வெளிப்படுத்தின விசேஷம் 7:17 சொல்லுகிறது, “சிங்காசனத்தின் மத்தியிலிருக்கிற ஆட்டுக்குட்டியானவரே இவர்களை மேய்த்து, இவர்களை ஜீவத்தண்ணீருள்ள ஊற்றுகளண்டைக்கு நடத்துவார்; தேவன்தாமே இவர்களுடைய கண்ணீர் யாவையும் துடைப்பார் என்றான்.”
