"Rejoice in Christ our Savior."

And my soul shall be joyful in the Lord; It shall rejoice in His salvation. Psalm 35:9.

The soul of a child of God rejoices in Christ Jesus. We rejoice in Him because He is the Christ, the Sent One, the Messiah, the Son of God, the eternal surety of His people. We rejoice in Him, for He has redeemed us by His blood. In Luke 1:46-47, Mary, the mother of Jesus, praises God when she receives the news of the birth of Christ through her: "My soul magnifies the Lord, and my spirit has rejoiced in God my Savior." Mary clearly understood she was a sinner in need of salvation (Psalm 35:9). Her song of praise declares what God does and how He saves without suggesting that she is an active part in that process. She is honored and happy to obey God's plan and follow His will. Isaiah 61:10 says, "I will greatly rejoice in the Lord, My soul shall be joyful in my God; For He has clothed me with the garments of salvation, He has covered me with the robe of righteousness."

தேவனுடைய பிள்ளையின் ஆத்துமா கிறிஸ்து இயேசுவுக்குள் களிகூருகிறது. அவர் கிறிஸ்து, அனுப்பப்பட்டவர், மேசியா, தேவனுடைய குமாரன், அவருடைய ஜனத்தின் நித்திய நம்பிக்கை என்பதால் நாம் அவரில் மகிழ்ச்சியடைகிறோம். அவர் தம்முடைய இரத்தத்தினாலே நம்மை மீட்டுக்கொண்டபடியால், அவரில் களிகூருகிறோம். லூக்கா 1: 46-47-ல், இயேசுவின் தாயாகிய மரியாள், கிறிஸ்து தன் மூலமாகப் பிறக்கப்போகிறார் என்ற செய்தியைக்  கேட்க்கும்போது தேவனைப் புகழ்கிறார்: "என் ஆத்துமா கர்த்தரை மகிமைப்படுத்துகிறது, என் ஆவி என் இரட்சகராகிய தேவனில் களிகூருகிறது." தான் இரட்சிப்பு தேவைப்படும் ஒரு பாவி என்பதை மரியாள் தெளிவாக புரிந்துகொண்டாள் (சங்கீதம் 35:9). அவளுடைய துதிப்பாடல் தேவன் என்ன செய்கிறார் மற்றும் அவர் எவ்வாறு இரட்சிக்கிறார் என்பதை அறிவிக்கிறது, ஆனாலும் அதில் அவளுடைய பங்கை மரியாள் தெரிவிக்கவில்லை. தேவனுடைய திட்டத்திற்குக் கீழ்ப்படிந்து அவருடைய சித்தத்தைப் பின்பற்றுவதில் அவள் கனமும் மகிழ்ச்சியும் அடைகிறாள். ஏசாயா 61:10 சொல்லுகிறது, "கர்த்தருக்குள் பூரிப்பாய் மகிழுகிறேன்; என் தேவனுக்குள் என் ஆத்துமா களிகூர்ந்திருக்கிறது; ...... அவர் இரட்சிப்பின் வஸ்திரங்களை எனக்கு உடுத்தி, நீதியின் சால்வையை எனக்குத் தரித்தார்."
