"God will give us victory"

Lord, it is nothing for You to help, whether with many or with those who have no power. 2 Chronicles 14:11.

Many of us are going through heavy days, much like King Asa, the king of Judah, who faced a great challenge, likely from an opposing army. Asa was burdened and prayed to God, knowing that God is powerful and can help in any situation. Asa trusted God's strength completely and knew they could only depend on Him. He asked God to intervene and not allow their enemies to triumph. Today's verse is a prayer showing that Asa relied on God, trusted Him, and believed He could handle any problem. Similarly, God will give us victory over every area of our lives if we know His power and trust in Him, not in ourselves. Realizing this, King David says in Psalm 24:8, "Who is this King of glory? The LORD strong and mighty, The LORD mighty in battle."

நம்மில் பலர், யூதாவின் ராஜாவான ஆசாவைப் போலவே, ஒரு பெரிய சவாலை எதிர்கொண்டு, கடினமான நாட்களைக் கடந்து செல்கிறோம். கடவுள் வல்லமையுள்ளவர், எந்தச் சூழ்நிலையிலும் உதவக் கூடியவர் என்பதை அறிந்து, ஆசா தேவனின் பலத்தை முழுமையாக நம்பி, மிகுந்த பாரத்துடன் தேவனிடம் ஜெபம் செய்தார். மேலும் அவர்கள் அவரை மட்டுமே சார்ந்திருக்க முடியும் என்பதை அறிந்திருந்தார். தேவன் தலையிடும்படியும், தங்கள் எதிரிகளை வெற்றிபெற அனுமதிக்காதபடியும் அவரைக் கேட்டுக் கொண்டார். இன்றைய வசனம், ஆசா தேவனைச் சார்ந்து, அவரை நம்பி, எந்த பிரச்சனையையும் அவரால் சமாளிக்க முடியும் என்று நம்பினார் என்பதைக் காட்டும் ஜெபம். அதுபோலவே, நாம் நம்மை நம்பாமல், தேவனுடைய வல்லமையை அறிந்து, அவரில் நம்பிக்கை வைத்தால், நம் வாழ்வின் ஒவ்வொரு பகுதியிலும் வெற்றியைத் தருவார். இதை அறிந்து, தாவீது ராஜா, சங்கீதம் 24:8 -ல், "யார் இந்த மகிமையின் ராஜா? அவர் வல்லமையும் பராக்கிரமமுமுள்ள கர்த்தர்; அவர் யுத்தத்தில் பராக்கிரமமுமுள்ள கர்த்தராமே." என்று கூறுகிறார்.
