Blog # 329 - "Hope in Christ Never Disappoints Us"

Now hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out in our hearts by the Holy Spirit who was given to us. Romans 5:5.

In life, we might face disappointments that could lead to feelings of shame or disgust, especially if we place our hopes in things of this world. However, the hope we have in Christ will never let us down or make us feel ashamed, no matter what challenges we face. The love of God was poured out in great measure when we first believed, and it grows deeper into our hearts when we meditate His word daily. This love is constantly renewed and strengthened by the Holy Spirit and give us the eternal hope in Christ. God demonstrated His love towards us in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Do you find hope and assurance in Jesus Christ amidst life's disappointments and challenges? Romans 15:13 says, "Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit."

வாழ்க்கையில், நாம் இந்த உலக விஷயங்களில் நம் நம்பிக்கைகளை வைக்கும்போது, ஏமாற்றங்கள் எதிர்ப்படலாம், அவை அவமானம் அல்லது அருவருப்பு உணர்வுகளுக்கு நம்மை வழிநடத்தலாம். இருப்பினும், நாம் என்ன சவால்களை எதிர்கொண்டாலும், கிறிஸ்துவில் நாம் வைத்திருக்கும் நம்பிக்கை ஒருபோதும் நம்மை கைவிடாது அல்லது வெட்கப்பட விடாது. நாம் முதலில் விசுவாசித்தபோது தேவனுடைய அன்பு மிகுந்த அளவில் ஊற்றப்பட்டது, நாம் அவருடைய வார்த்தையை தினமும் தியானிக்கும் பொழுது, அந்த அன்பு நமது இதயங்களில் மேலும் ஆழமாக வளர்கிறது. இந்த அன்பு பரிசுத்த ஆவியானவரால் தொடர்ந்து புதுப்பிக்கப்பட்டு பெலப்படுத்தப்பட்டு கிறிஸ்துவில் நித்திய நம்பிக்கையை நமக்குத் தருகிறது. நாம் பாவிகளாயிருக்கையில் கிறிஸ்து நமக்காக மரித்ததினாலே, தேவன் நம்மேல் வைத்த தமது அன்பை விளங்கப்பண்ணினார். வாழ்க்கையின் ஏமாற்றங்கள் மற்றும் சவால்களுக்கு மத்தியில் இயேசு கிறிஸ்துவில் நீங்கள் நம்பிக்கையையும் உறுதியையும் காண்கிறீர்களா? ரோமர் 15:13 சொல்லுகிறது, “பரிசுத்த ஆவியின் பலத்தினாலே உங்களுக்கு நம்பிக்கை பெருகும்படிக்கு, நம்பிக்கையின் தேவன் விசுவாசத்தினால் உண்டாகும் எல்லாவித சந்தோஷத்தினாலும் சமாதானத்தினாலும் உங்களை நிரப்புவாராக.”
