Blog # 348 - "Worship from a heart of holiness"

Whoever offers praise glorifies Me; And to him who orders his conduct aright I will show the salvation of God. Psalm 50:23.

Asaph, a worship leader during the time of King David, wrote Psalm 50 with the theme of true worship. True worship is a matter of the heart, expressed through a lifestyle of holiness. Man may look at the externals, but God looks at the heart; He knows the inner thoughts and hidden attitudes of the mind. When we offer God our true worship, we invite the Holy Spirit to search our hearts for anything that is not pleasing to Him, and He helps us to bless Him. He will show us His salvation when we follow His path of righteousness with a heart of thanksgiving. Our faith in God pleases Him, and our genuine thanksgiving glorifies Him. Are you offering true worship from the depths of your heart, allowing the Holy Spirit to guide you in a life of holiness? John 4:24 says: "God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth."

ஸ்தோத்திர பலியிடுகிறவன் என்னை மகிமைப்படுத்துகிறான்; தன் வழியைச் செவ்வைப்படுத்துகிறவனுக்கு தேவனுடைய இரட்சிப்பை வெளிப்படுத்துவேன் என்று சொல்லுகிறார். சங்கீதம் 50:23.

தாவீது ராஜாவின் காலத்தில் வழிபாட்டுத் தலைவராக இருந்த ஆசாப், உண்மையான ஆராதனையின் கருத்துடன் சங்கீதம் 50 ஐ எழுதினார். உண்மையான ஆராதனை இருதயம் சம்பந்தப்பட்ட விஷயம், பரிசுத்த வாழ்க்கை முறையின் மூலம் வெளிப்படுத்தப்படுகிறது. மனிதன் வெளிப்புறமாகப் பார்க்கலாம், ஆனால் தேவன் இதயத்தைப் பார்க்கிறார்; மனதின் உள் எண்ணங்களையும், மறைந்திருக்கும் மனப்பான்மைகளையும் அவர் அறிவார். நாம் தேவனுக்கு உண்மையான ஆராதனை செய்யும்போழுது, நம் இருதயத்தில்  தேவனுக்கு விருப்பமில்லாத ஏதாவது காரியங்கள் உள்ளதா என்று ஆராயும் பரிசுத்த  ஆவியை நம் உள்ளங்களில் வரவேற்கிறோம், தேவனை ஸ்தோத்தரிக்க அவர் நமக்கு உதவுகிறார். நன்றியுள்ள இருதயத்தோடு அவருடைய நீதியின் பாதையை நாம் பின்பற்றும்போது அவர் நமக்கு அவருடைய இரட்சிப்பைக் கொடுப்பார். தேவன் மீதான நமது விசுவாசம் அவரைப் பிரியப்படுத்துகிறது, நம்முடைய உண்மையான நன்றியறிதல் அவரை மகிமைப்படுத்துகிறது. பரிசுத்த ஆவியானவர்பரிசுத்த வாழ்க்கையில் உங்களை வழிநடத்த உங்கள் இருதயத்தின் ஆழத்திலிருந்து உண்மையான ஆராதனை  செய்கிறீர்களா? யோவான் 4:24 கூறுகிறது: “தேவன் ஆவியாயிருக்கிறார், அவரைத் தொழுதுகொள்ளுகிறவர்கள் ஆவியோடும் உண்மையோடும் அவரைத் தொழுதுகொள்ளவேண்டும் என்றார்.”
