Blog # 356 - "Praising God for His Mercy and Truth"

For Your mercy reaches unto the heavens, And Your truth unto the clouds. Psalm 57:10.

King David praises and glorifies God in this verse for His boundless mercy and truth. He is filled with joy and inspired to praise with song and music. The first part describes God's mercy as "great above the heavens," flowing from His loving heart through His chosen people, sending Christ to die for them, giving new life, forgiving sins, and granting eternal life. The second part speaks of God's truth reaching unto the clouds. Just as clouds cover the sky, God’s truth covers all of life, leaving no room for doubt. This illustrates the power of God’s truth, providing His people with a solid foundation for trust. Are you praising God for His mercy and truth?  Psalm 103:11 says, "For as the heavens are high above the earth, So great is His mercy toward those who fear Him."

உமது கிருபை வானபரியந்தமும், உமது சத்தியம் மேகமண்டலங்கள்பரியந்தமும் எட்டுகிறது. சங்கீதம் 57:10.

தாவீது ராஜா இந்த வசனத்தில் தேவனை அவருடைய எல்லையற்ற இரக்கத்திற்காகவும் சத்தியத்திற்காகவும் துதித்து மகிமைப்படுத்துகிறார். அவர் மகிழ்ச்சியால் நிரப்பப்பட்டு, பாடல் மற்றும் இசையால் துதிக்க தூண்டப்படுகிறார். தேவனுடைய இரக்கம் "வானங்களுக்கு மேலாக பெரியது" என்று முதல் பகுதி விவரிக்கிறது, அது அவருடைய அன்புள்ள  இதயத்திலிருந்து வடிந்து, அவருடைய ஜனங்களுக்காக மரிக்க கிறிஸ்துவை அனுப்பி, புதிய ஜீவனைக் கொடுத்து, பாவங்களை மன்னித்து, நித்திய ஜீவனை அளிக்கிறது. இரண்டாவது பகுதி தேவனின் சத்தியம் மேகங்கள் வரை சென்றடைவதைப் பற்றி பேசுகிறது. மேகங்கள் வானத்தை மறைப்பது போல, தேவனுடைய சத்தியம் எல்லா உயிர்களையும் சந்தேகத்திற்கு இடமின்றி மூடுகிறது. இது தேவனுடைய  ஜனங்கள் அவரை நம்புவதற்கு ஒரு வலுவான அடித்தளத்தை உண்டாக்கி அவருடைய சத்தியத்தின் வல்லமையை விளக்குகிறது. தேவனுடைய இரக்கத்திற்காகவும் சத்தியத்திற்காகவும் நீங்கள் அவரைப் புகழ்கிறீர்களா?  சங்கீதம் 103:11 சொல்லுகிறது: “பூமிக்கு வானம் எவ்வளவு உயரமாயிருக்கிறதோ, அவருக்குப் பயப்படுகிறவர்கள்மேல் அவருடைய கிருபையும் அவ்வளவு பெரிதாயிருக்கிறது.”
