Blog # 357 - "Sow peace to reap righteousness."

Now the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace by those who make peace. James 1:18.

Today’s verse speaks about the fruit of righteousness. It is the peacemaker who sows seeds of peace to reap a harvest of righteousness. The Apostle James uses the word "peace" here to refer to the right relationships among people. He desires peace in the church and among believers, knowing that peace is the only environment in which righteousness can flourish. God loves peacemakers. The wisdom of this world produces trouble, while the wisdom from above produces peace among people. God-trusting, self-sacrificing heavenly wisdom is the source of peace, gentleness, mercy, and righteousness. Are you sowing seeds of peace to reap a harvest of righteousness? Matthew 5:9 says: "Blessed are the peacemakers for they shall be called sons of God."

நீதியாகிய கனியானது சமாதானத்தை நடப்பிக்கிறவர்களாலே சமாதானத்திலே விதைக்கப்படுகிறது. யாக்கோபு 3:18.

இன்றைய வசனம் நீதியாகிய கனியைப் பற்றிப் பேசுகிறது. சமாதானம் காப்பவரே, நீதியின் அறுவடையைப் பெற சமாதானமாகிய  விதைகளை விதைப்பார். அப்போஸ்தலனாகிய யாக்கோபு இங்கே "சமாதானம்" என்ற வார்த்தையை மக்களிடையே சரியான உறவுகளைக் குறிக்க பயன்படுத்துகிறார். அவர் திருச்சபையிலும் விசுவாசிகளிடையிலும் சமாதானத்தை விரும்புகிறார், ஏனெனில் சமாதானம் மட்டுமே நீதி செழித்து வளரக்கூடிய சூழலை உருவாக்குகிறது. சமாதானம் செய்பவர்களை தேவன் நேசிக்கிறார். இந்த உலகின் ஞானம் சிக்கல்களை உருவாக்குகிறது, ஆனால் பரத்திலிருந்து வரும் ஞானம் மக்களிடையே சமாதானத்தை உருவாக்குகிறது. தேவனைக் துதித்து, தன்னை வெறுத்து வெளிப்படும் பரலோக ஞானமே சமாதானம், சாந்தம், இரக்கம் மற்றும் நீதியின் ஊற்றாகும். நீங்கள் நீதியை அறுவடை செய்ய சமாதானமாகிய விதைகளை விதைக்கிறீர்களா? மத்தேயு 5:9 கூறுகிறது: “சமாதானம் பண்ணுகிறவர்கள் பாக்கியவான்கள்; அவர்கள் தேவனுடைய புத்திரர் என்னப்படுவார்கள்.”

"Obey the voice of the Lord your God"

He will set you high above all nations which He has made, in praise, in name, and in honor. Deuteronomy 26:19. This is a promise of blessing to the children of God. He will exalt us above the nations He has created, and He will bring praise and honor to our name if we faithfully obey God's commandments. Moses said to His people of Israel, "If you diligently obey the voice of the Lord your God, to observe carefully all His commandments which I command you today, that the Lord your God will set you high above all nations of the earth."  As they obediently followed His commandments and taught them to their children, God blessed them with wisdom and knowledge and lifted them above all nations. "Teach us Your ways"

“Come, and let us go up to the mountain of the  Lord , t o the house of the God of Jacob;  He will teach us His ways, a nd we shall walk in His paths.” Today's verse indicates a future time when people from many nations will journey towards the mountain of God where where Jerusalem Temple is located and God is seated and imparts His teachings.  There is going to be a great hunger and thirst for the word of God. If we need to be found in the presence of God on that day, we need to develop a desire to learn and walk in His ways.  In today's world, many nations are raising against God and His Word, but God is preparing a holy nation and the citizens of that nation are the chosen ones who love the Lord.  Shall we turn our eyes from this world and lift up our eyes to the hills where God is enthroned and His word is heard? Moreover the light of the moon will be as the light of the sun, and the light of the sun will be sevenfold, as the light of seven days, in the day that the Lord binds up the bruise of His people and heals the stroke of their wound. Isaiah 30:26. This verse highlights the compassionate nature of God, who, despite our failures and defiance, remains ever-ready to heal and restore. God promises to bless nature with abundance. The sun's brightness will increase sevenfold like the light of seven days. Light, as opposed to darkness, is part of God's blessing. This light, symbolizing knowledge, shall increase. It is the light that came down to earth from heaven, the light that the gospel brought into the world, proclaiming healing to the broken-hearted. When we call on His name, He heals our wounds and sets us free from all grievances and afflictions. One day, Jesus Christ, this light will return and take us to be with Him. "Give thanks to the Lord"

Oh, give thanks to the  Lord , for  He is  good!  For His mercy  endures  forever. Psalms 136:1 Our God is great and mighty. Let us give thanks to the Lord, for He is so good. His mercy endures forever. He is worthy of all our praises. With all our heart, soul, and mind, let us praise and worship the Lord, lifting His name high. He gave His only begotten son Jesus Christ to die on the cross for our sins, and we should never cease to give thanks . "Arrival of King Jesus"

A Star shall come out of Jacob;  A Scepter shall rise out of Israel. Numbers 24:17 In today's verse, two words, 'Star' and 'Scepter' are associated with kingship. These words were foretold by prophets in the Old Testament concerning the arrival of King Jesus. He hails from Judah, a tribe of Israel, and is described as the Ruler, Lord, and King. He arrived not in a palace, but in a manger. His purpose was not to rule nations, but to destroy the kingdom of darkness through His death and resurrection. Now, He is going to return as the King of Kings, ruling nations forever. Are you ready? "Obey His voice and follow His ways"

“Blessed  shall  you  be  in the city, and blessed  shall  you  be  in the country. Deuteronomy 28:3 This is a great promise for each one of us today. To receive this blessing, God has set forth few conditions. If we obey His voice and follow His ways, we will be blessed in the city and in the country wherever we live. When we live according to the Word of God, we fear Him, hate wicked things and become righteous individuals. In the Bible, God blessed Joseph in the city and in the entire nation of Egypt because he obeyed the Word of God.
