Blog # 357 - "Sow peace to reap righteousness."

Now the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace by those who make peace. James 1:18.

Today’s verse speaks about the fruit of righteousness. It is the peacemaker who sows seeds of peace to reap a harvest of righteousness. The Apostle James uses the word "peace" here to refer to the right relationships among people. He desires peace in the church and among believers, knowing that peace is the only environment in which righteousness can flourish. God loves peacemakers. The wisdom of this world produces trouble, while the wisdom from above produces peace among people. God-trusting, self-sacrificing heavenly wisdom is the source of peace, gentleness, mercy, and righteousness. Are you sowing seeds of peace to reap a harvest of righteousness? Matthew 5:9 says: "Blessed are the peacemakers for they shall be called sons of God."

நீதியாகிய கனியானது சமாதானத்தை நடப்பிக்கிறவர்களாலே சமாதானத்திலே விதைக்கப்படுகிறது. யாக்கோபு 3:18.

இன்றைய வசனம் நீதியாகிய கனியைப் பற்றிப் பேசுகிறது. சமாதானம் காப்பவரே, நீதியின் அறுவடையைப் பெற சமாதானமாகிய  விதைகளை விதைப்பார். அப்போஸ்தலனாகிய யாக்கோபு இங்கே "சமாதானம்" என்ற வார்த்தையை மக்களிடையே சரியான உறவுகளைக் குறிக்க பயன்படுத்துகிறார். அவர் திருச்சபையிலும் விசுவாசிகளிடையிலும் சமாதானத்தை விரும்புகிறார், ஏனெனில் சமாதானம் மட்டுமே நீதி செழித்து வளரக்கூடிய சூழலை உருவாக்குகிறது. சமாதானம் செய்பவர்களை தேவன் நேசிக்கிறார். இந்த உலகின் ஞானம் சிக்கல்களை உருவாக்குகிறது, ஆனால் பரத்திலிருந்து வரும் ஞானம் மக்களிடையே சமாதானத்தை உருவாக்குகிறது. தேவனைக் துதித்து, தன்னை வெறுத்து வெளிப்படும் பரலோக ஞானமே சமாதானம், சாந்தம், இரக்கம் மற்றும் நீதியின் ஊற்றாகும். நீங்கள் நீதியை அறுவடை செய்ய சமாதானமாகிய விதைகளை விதைக்கிறீர்களா? மத்தேயு 5:9 கூறுகிறது: “சமாதானம் பண்ணுகிறவர்கள் பாக்கியவான்கள்; அவர்கள் தேவனுடைய புத்திரர் என்னப்படுவார்கள்.”

"Blog Y2 025 - Embrace God's wisdom for eternal life."

He who gets wisdom loves his own soul; He who keeps understanding will find good. Proverbs 19:8. This scripture talks about how to love ourselves. We love our own soul by protecting and guarding it from self-oppression. We need to save our souls from eternal death, and only then we can help others. How will we save others if we don’t have the wisdom to save ourselves? We must embrace godly wisdom and understanding. Divine wisdom is God's perfect, eternal knowledge and understanding, guiding us in truth and righteousness and aligning our lives with His will. As we do this, we are actively loving our own soul! How do we save our soul? Remember that Jesus said if we try to save our earthly lives, we will lose them. But if we lose our lives for Jesus' sake and the gospel’s sake, we will save them. The voice of the Lord is powerful; The voice of the Lord is full of majesty. Psalm 29:4. King David describes the voice of the Lord as powerful and full of majesty. This verse shows that God is King, with the power to command all His creations. God's voice is full of majesty, splendor, honor, and glory, and it is beautiful to those who love Him. His voice straightens all the crooked places. Satan trembles at the sound of His voice. We need to hear His voice and listen to Him in the midst of all the noise, such as the chaos and violence in the world.  His voice gives us comfort and peace in difficult times. Just a word from Him grants us wisdom, knowledge, and understanding. "Let us claim the Promises of God"

“Surely blessing I will bless you, and multiplying I will multiply you.”   and so, after he had patiently endured, he obtained the promise. Hebrews 6:14 Today's verse is a promise of God to His people who follow Him faithfully. God promised Abraham that all the families of the earth would be blessed in him. Later, God reaffirmed his promise, telling Abraham his descendants would be as numerous as the stars in the sky and the sand on the seashore and his descendants will possess the gates of their enemies. Today the same God wants to bless us when we obey His voice as Abraham did. “I am the vine, you  are  the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much   fruit; for without Me you can do   nothing" John 15:5 In today's verse, Jesus said that those who abide in me and I in them bear much fruit, because apart from me you can do nothing. He also said that He is the vine, and we are the branches.  He was explaining how important it is for us to stay connected to Him. Just as the vine provides nutrition that helps fruit grow on a plant, Jesus gives us all that we need to grow in our faith to bear fruits like "love, joy, peace, kindness, humility, goodness, self control, and gentleness." The relationship with Jesus is like "I abide in Him, and He abides in Me." When we abide in Jesus, we immerse ourselves in His word, and in turn, He abides in us. “I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd gives His life for the sheep" John 10:11. In today's verse, Jesus shows Himself as the good shepherd who gave His life on the cross to save us. In Psalm 23, David beautifully describes God as a caring shepherd, praising His love, care, comfort, provision, and protection. David also celebrates how God guides, leads, and restores us when we trust Him. God, like a good shepherd, watches over us, keeping us safe from harm, and even risking His life for us. Blog # Y2 005 - "Meekness Brings Peace and Blessings"

Blessed are the meek, For they shall inherit the earth. Matthew 5:5. Today's scripture speaks about the meek, who will receive all the blessings from God on earth and in heaven. A meek person is not self-willed and is not constantly concerned with their own ways, ideas, or desires. They are willing to put themselves in second place and submit to what is good for others. Meekness is not weakness; it is power under control. Proverbs 16:32 says, "He who is slow to anger is better than the mighty, And he who rules his spirit than he who takes a city." James 3:13 says that meekness is denying self and seeking others' interests with humility and wisdom.
