Blog # 361 - "Celebrate victories through worship and praise"

I will praise the Lord according to His righteousness And will sing praise to the name of the Lord Most High. Psalm 7:17.

This scripture says how King David gives praises to the God of righteousness and to the name of the Lord Most High. This verse encourages us to praise and worship the Lord for His righteousness and His sovereignty. David is praising God’s name as “ God Most High.” We first see "God Most High," which in Hebrew is “El Elyon”; in Genesis 14:18, Melchizedek is identified as "priest of God Most High." This name occurs multiple times in the Psalms. It identifies God as the supreme, exalted sovereign in heaven. We must celebrate all the victories over our trials and tribulations through worship and praise. He is the great king over all the earth. Are you celebrating your victories through worship and praise? Psalm 145:7 says: “They shall utter the memory of Your great goodness, And shall sing of Your righteousness.”

தாவீது ராஜா நீதியின் தேவனையும், உன்னதமான கர்த்தருடைய நாமத்தையும் எவ்வாறு துதிக்கிறார் என்று இந்த வசனம் கூறுகிறது. கர்த்தரின் நீதிக்காகவும், அவருடைய இறையாண்மைக்காகவும் அவரைத் துதிக்கவும் ஆராதனை செய்யவும்  இந்த வசனம் நம்மை ஊக்குவிக்கிறது. தாவீது தேவனுடைய பெயரை "உன்னதமான தேவன்" என்று துதிக்கிறார். இதில் நாம் முதலாவது உன்னதமான தேவனைக் காண்கிறோம், இது எபிரேய மொழியில் “ஏல் எலியோன்”; ஆதியாகமம் 14:18-ல், மெல்கிசேதேக்கு "உன்னதமான தேவனுடைய ஆசாரியன்" என்று அடையாளம் காணப்படுகிறார். இந்த பெயர் சங்கீதத்தில் பல முறை வருகிறது. தேவனை பரலோகத்தில் ஈடற்ற உன்னதமான பேரரசராக இது அடையாளம் காட்டுகிறது. நம்முடைய சோதனைகள் மற்றும் உபத்திரவங்கள் மீதான அனைத்து வெற்றிகளையும் நாம் ஆராதனை மற்றும் துதியின் மூலம் கொண்டாட வேண்டும். அவர் பூமி முழுவதன் மீதும் பெரிய ராஜா. உங்கள் வெற்றிகளை ஆராதனை மற்றும் துதி யின்மூலம் கொண்டாடுகிறீர்களா? சங்கீதம் 145:7 சொல்லுகிறது: “அவர்கள் உமது மிகுந்த தயவை நினைத்து வெளிப்படுத்தி, உமது நீதியைக் கெம்பீரித்துப் பாடுவார்கள்.”
