Moreover the light of the moon will be as the light of the sun, and the light of the sun will be sevenfold, as the light of seven days, in the day that the Lord binds up the bruise of His people and heals the stroke of their wound. Isaiah 30:26.
This verse highlights the compassionate nature of God, who, despite our failures and defiance, remains ever-ready to heal and restore. God promises to bless nature with abundance. The sun's brightness will increase sevenfold like the light of seven days. Light, as opposed to darkness, is part of God's blessing. This light, symbolizing knowledge, shall increase. It is the light that came down to earth from heaven, the light that the gospel brought into the world, proclaiming healing to the broken-hearted. When we call on His name, He heals our wounds and sets us free from all grievances and afflictions. One day, Jesus Christ, this light will return and take us to be with Him. Then there will be no more sorrow and no more pain, for His compassion is everlasting. This effect should bring comfort and joy to the people of God. We should know who our God is! Are you seeking God's healing and comfort through His everlasting compassion? Isaiah 53:5 says: "But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; The chastisement for our peace was upon Him, And by His stripes we are healed."

இந்த வசனம் தேவனின் இரக்கமிக்க இயல்பைப் பற்றிப் பேசுகிறது, எவ்வளவு முறை நாம் தோல்வியடைந்தாலும், தேவன் எப்போதும் குணப்படுத்தவும் மீட்டெடுக்கவும் எப்போதும் தயாராக இருக்கிறார். அவர் இயற்கைக்கு வளம் நிறைந்த ஆசீர்வாதங்களை கொடுப்பதாக வாக்களிக்கிறார். சூரியனின் பிரகாசம் ஏழு மடங்கு அதிகரிக்கும் அதாவது ஏழு பகலின் வெளிச்சத்தைப்போல மாறும் என்பதைக் குறிக்கிறது. இருளுக்கு மாறாக ஒளி தேவனின் ஆசீர்வாதத்தின் ஒரு பகுதியாகும். அறிவைக் குறிக்கும் இந்த ஒளி பெருகும். இது வானத்திலிருந்து பூமிக்கு இறங்கி வந்த ஒளி, நற்செய்தி உலகிற்கு கொண்டு வந்த ஒளி, உடைந்த இதயமுள்ளவர்களுக்கு சுகத்தை அறிவிக்கிறது. நாம் அவரைத் தொழுதுகொள்ளும்போது, அவர் நமது காயங்களை குணமாக்கி, எல்லா குறைகளிலிருந்தும் துன்பங்களிலிருந்தும் நம்மை விடுவிக்கிறார். ஒரு நாள், இந்த ஒளியாகிய இயேசு கிறிஸ்து திரும்பி வந்து நம்மை அவருடன் இருக்க அழைத்துச் செல்லுவார். அப்பொழுது துக்கமுமில்லை, வேதனையுமுமில்லை, அவருடைய இரக்கம் நித்தியமானது. இதன் விளைவு தேவனுடைய ஜனங்களுக்கு ஆறுதலையும் மகிழ்ச்சியையும் கொண்டுவர வேண்டும். நம் தேவன் யார் என்பதை நாம் அறிய வேண்டும்! தேவனுடைய நித்திய இரக்கத்தின் மூலம் தேவனுடைய குணமாக்குதலையும் ஆறுதலையும் நீங்கள் தேடுகிறீர்களா? ஏசாயா 53:5 சொல்லுகிறது: “நம்முடைய மீறுதல்களினிமித்தம் அவர் காயப்பட்டு, நம்முடைய அக்கிரமங்களினிமித்தம் அவர் நொறுக்கப்பட்டார்; நமக்குச் சமாதானத்தை உண்டுபண்ணும் ஆக்கினை அவர்மேல் வந்தது; அவருடைய தழும்புகளால் குணமாகிறோம்.”
