"Blog Y2 017 - Shine Your Light for Christ"

You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden. Matthew 5:14. 

The world is lost in darkness, sin, and evil, but Jesus Christ came as the true light, giving hope to everyone. Anyone who believes in Him through faith is rescued from darkness and brought into God's eternal light. When we accept this light, we receive salvation and become the light of the world, shining before others. Like a city on a hill, visible to everyone, let our light shine so others may see the light of Jesus in us—through our actions, words, and how we treat others. In everything we do, let our good deeds stand out in a world full of darkness so that others may see them and give glory to God in heaven. Are you letting your light shine in a way that others can see the light of Jesus through your actions and words?  1 Peter 2:9 says, "But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light."

நீங்கள் உலகத்துக்கு வெளிச்சமாயிருக்கிறீர்கள்; மலையின்மேல் இருக்கிற பட்டணம் மறைந்திருக்கமாட்டாது. மத்தேயு 5:14.

உலகம் இருள், பாவம் மற்றும் தீமையில் மூழ்கியுள்ளது, ஆனால் இயேசு கிறிஸ்து உண்மையான வெளிச்சமாக வந்து, எல்லோருக்கும் நம்பிக்கையை வழங்கினார். விசுவாசத்தின் மூலம் அவரை நம்பும் எவரும் இருளிலிருந்து மீட்கப்பட்டு தேவனுடைய நித்திய வெளிச்சத்திற்குள் கொண்டு வரப்படுகிறார்கள். இந்த ஒளியை நாம் ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளும்போது, நாம் இரட்சிப்பைப் பெற்று, உலகின் ஒளியாகி, மற்றவர்களுக்கு முன்பாக பிரகாசிக்கிறோம். ஒரு மலையின் மேல் உள்ள  பட்டணத்தைப் போல, அனைவருக்கும் தெரியும்படி, நமது ஒளி பிரகாசிக்கட்டும், இதனால் மற்றவர்கள் நம்மில் இயேசுவின் ஒளியைக் காண முடியும் - நமது செயல்கள், வார்த்தைகள் மற்றும் நாம் மற்றவர்களை எவ்வாறு நடத்துகிறோம் என்பதன் மூலம். நாம் செய்யும் எல்லாவற்றிலும், இருள் நிறைந்த உலகில் நமது நற்செயல்கள் வெளிப்படட்டும், பிறர் அவற்றைக் கண்டு பரலோகத்தின்  தேவனை மகிமைப்படுத்துவார்கள். உங்கள் செயல்கள் மற்றும் வார்த்தைகள் மூலம் மற்றவர்கள் இயேசுவின் ஒளியைக் காணும் வகையில் உங்கள் ஒளி மற்றவர்கள் மேல் பிரகாசிக்கிறதா? 1 பேதுரு 2:9 சொல்லுகிறது: "நீங்களோ, உங்களை அந்தகாரத்தினின்று தம்முடைய ஆச்சரியமான ஒளியினிடத்திற்கு வரவழைத்தவருடைய புண்ணியங்களை அறிவிக்கும்படிக்குத் தெரிந்துகொள்ளப்பட்ட சந்ததியாயும், ராஜரீகமான ஆசாரியக்கூட்டமாயும், பரிசுத்த ஜாதியாயும், அவருக்குச் சொந்தமான ஜனமாயும் இருக்கிறீர்கள்."
