"Blog Y2 024 - Unity Through Humility and Love"

With all lowliness and gentleness, with longsuffering, bearing with one another in love, endeavoring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. Ephesians 4:2,3.

Apostle Paul urges the Ephesians to protect the unity of the Spirit, a unity created by the Holy Spirit rather than human effort. We maintain this unity through humility, meekness, patience, forbearance, and love—traits that define our relationships with others. Humility opposes pride, meekness embodies strength with gentleness, longsuffering endures hardship, and forbearance holds back from retaliation. Love seeks the good of others. Though spiritual unity is internal and unseen, it manifests outwardly in our character. Do you strive to maintain the unity of the Spirit in your relationships with others? 1 Peter 3:8 says: "Finally, all of you be of one mind, having compassion for one another; love as brothers, be tenderhearted, be courteous;"

மிகுந்த மனத்தாழ்மையும் சாந்தமும் நீடிய பொறுமையும் உடையவர்களாய், அன்பினால் ஒருவரையொருவர் தாங்கி, சமாதானக்கட்டினால் ஆவியின் ஒருமையைக் காத்துக்கொள்வதற்கு ஜாக்கிரதையாயிருங்கள். எபேசியர் 4:2,3.

அப்போஸ்தலனாகிய பவுல், மனித முயற்சியால் அல்ல, பரிசுத்த ஆவியால் உருவாக்கப்பட்ட ஆவிக்குரிய ஒற்றுமையை காக்க எபேசியரை வலியுறுத்துகிறார். மற்றவர்களோடு நமக்குள்ள உறவுகளுக்கு அடையாளமாகும், மனத்தாழ்மை, சாந்த குணம், பொறுமை, சகிப்புத்தன்மை, அன்பு ஆகியவற்றின் மூலம் இந்த ஒற்றுமையை நாம் காத்துக்கொள்கிறோம். மனத்தாழ்மை பெருமையை எதிர்க்கிறது, சாந்தம் மென்மையுடன் கூடிய நன்மையை பிரதிபலிக்கிறது, நீடிய பொறுமை கஷ்டங்களைத் தாங்கும், சகிப்புத்தன்மை பழிவாங்குவதைத் தடுக்கிறது. அன்பு மற்றவர்களின் நன்மையை நாடுகிறது. ஆன்மீக ஒற்றுமை  என்பது உட்புறம், கண்ணுக்குத் தெரியாதது என்றாலும், அது நம் குணத்தில் வெளிப்படுகிறது. நீங்கள் உங்கள் உறவுகளுடன் ஆவிக்குரிய ஒற்றுமையை பாதுகாக்க முயற்சிக்கிறீர்களா? 1 பேதுரு 3:8 சொல்லுகிறது: “மேலும், நீங்களெல்லாரும் ஒருமனப்பட்டவர்களும், இரக்கமுள்ளவர்களும், சகோதர சிநேகமுள்ளவர்களும், மன உருக்கமுள்ளவர்களும், இணக்கமுள்ளவர்களுமாயிருந்து,”
