"Blog Y2 028 - Children of God Through His Mercy"

For you are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus. Galatians 3:26.

It is the mercy of God that has marked us as children of God through faith in Christ. Romans 8:14 says, "For all who are led by the Spirit of God are sons of God." Through faith in Christ, we receive forgiveness for our sins and full adoption, becoming sons and daughters of God. See what kind of love the Father has bestowed on us, that we should be called children of God, and so we are. Our privileged position in Christ is based solely on God's grace, not our worth or merit. While we were still sinners, Christ died for us, giving all who believe in Him the right to become sons of God. Do you recognize the mercy of God that allows you to be called a child of God through faith in Christ? John 1:12 says: "But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name."

நீங்களெல்லாரும் கிறிஸ்து இயேசுவைப்பற்றும் விசுவாசத்தினால் தேவனுடைய புத்திரராயிருக்கிறீர்களே. கலாத்தியர் 3:26.

கிறிஸ்துவை விசுவாசிப்பதன் மூலம் தேவனுடைய பிள்ளைகளாக நம்மை அடையாளப்படுத்தியது தேவனுடைய இரக்கமே. ரோமர் 8:14 கூறுகிறது, "எவர்கள் தேவனுடைய ஆவியினாலே நடத்தப்படுகிறார்களோ, அவர்கள் தேவனுடைய புத்திரராயிருக்கிறார்கள்." கிறிஸ்துவை விசுவாசிப்பதன் மூலம், நாம் நம்முடைய பாவங்களுக்கான மன்னிப்பையும், முழு புத்திர சுவீகாரத்தையும்  பெற்று, தேவனுடைய குமாரர்களாகவும் குமாரத்திகளாகவும் மாறுகிறோம். நாம் தேவனுடைய பிள்ளைகளென்று அழைக்கப்படுவதினாலே பிதாவானவர் நமக்குப் பாராட்டின அன்பு எவ்வளவு பெரிதென்று பாருங்கள், அப்படியே பிள்ளைகளாக இருக்கிறோம். கிறிஸ்துவுக்குள் நமது சிறப்புரிமை தேவனின் சுத்த கிருபையை அடிப்படையாகக் கொண்டது, நமது மதிப்பு அல்லது தகுதி அல்ல. நாம் பாவிகளாக இருக்கும்போதே, கிறிஸ்து நமக்காக மரித்தார், அவரை விசுவாசிக்கிற அனைவருக்கும் தேவனுடைய குமாரர்களாகும் உரிமையைக் கொடுத்தார். கிறிஸ்துவை விசுவாசிப்பதன் மூலம் தேவனுடைய பிள்ளையாக அழைக்கப்படுவதற்கு தேவன் அளித்த கிருபையை உணருகிறீர்களா? யோவான் 1:12 சொல்லுகிறது: “அவருடைய நாமத்தின்மேல் விசுவாசமுள்ளவர்களாய் அவரை ஏற்றுக்கொண்டவர்கள் எத்தனைபேர்களோ, அத்தனைபேர்களும் தேவனுடைய பிள்ளைகளாகும்படி, அவர்களுக்கு அதிகாரங்கொடுத்தார்.”

Blessed are the meek, For they shall inherit the earth. Matthew 5:5. Today's scripture speaks about the meek, who will receive all the blessings from God on earth and in heaven. A meek person is not self-willed and is not constantly concerned with their own ways, ideas, or desires. They are willing to put themselves in second place and submit to what is good for others. Meekness is not weakness; it is power under control. Proverbs 16:32 says, "He who is slow to anger is better than the mighty, And he who rules his spirit than he who takes a city." James 3:13 says that meekness is denying self and seeking others' interests with humility and wisdom. "Blog Y2 042 - Good News Refreshes the Weary Soul"

As cold water to a weary soul, So is good news from a far country. Proverbs 25:25. In life’s difficult moments, we often find ourselves weary, thirsty for hope, and longing for relief. This verse highlights the importance of timely encouragement. King Solomon compares good news to a refreshing cup of cold water given to a weary soul who has been working hard, worn out, and very thirsty. In the broader context, Solomon had previously taught that a trustworthy messenger brings refreshment to his master, but in this verse, the focus moves to the importance of the message itself. What good news can you share today to lift someone's spirit and bring encouragement? The Bible says that a good report makes the bones healthy. Good news is a powerful gift. When was the last time you encouraged a distant friend? Even the smallest encouragement can be like cold water to a soul in need.  Proverbs 16:24 says: “Pleasant words are like a honeycomb, Sweetness to the soul and health to the bones.”...

Blog # 327 - "Confidently Wait for the Lord's Timing"

  I waited patiently for the Lord; and He inclined to me and heard my cry. Psalm 40:1. In this verse, King David waited upon the Lord without an immediate answer. He waited diligently and earnestly, patiently and perseveringly, until God was pleased to help him. God inclined to him and heard his cry. The word "inclined" conveys the sense of God bending down to David in his affliction, removing any perceived distance between the Lord and His servant. When David knew God heard his cry, he was confident of a favorable answer. In the same way, God inclines to us and hears our cry when we wait patiently for Him. We need to wait for His timing to see miracles happening in our lives. He acts in His own way and at His preferred time to develop our faith in His Word and to enlarge our trust in His unfailing goodness and grace. Blog # 350 - "Seeking God with a devoted heart"

O God, You are my God; Early will I seek You; My soul thirsts for You; My flesh longs for You in a dry and thirsty land where there is no water. Psalm 63:1. King David, the psalmist, was a man after God's own heart. He wrote this psalm while in the wilderness of Judah, reflecting his deep personal thoughts on God and urging us to yearn for and seek Him. His use of 'My God' reveals a close relationship with the Lord. David seeks God early in the morning, pouring out his heart and expressing how his soul thirsts for Him in times of hopelessness. His life experience encourages us to call upon God in our own desperate situations. God desires us to seek, find, and know Him. Blog # Y2 004 - "Compassion and Purity Reflect True Faith"

Pure and undefiled religion before God and the Father is this: to visit orphans and widows in their trouble, and to keep oneself unspotted from the world. James 1:27. Apostle James describes “pure and genuine religion” as the kind that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless: caring for orphans and widows in their distress, and keeping oneself unpolluted by the world. He highlights three signs that prove our religion is real: it impacts our conversation, our compassion, and our character. Pure religion involves loving God and others, especially those who are alone, forgotten, or in trouble, with the right motives. It recognizes the distress in the world and moves to meet that need.  Prophet Zechariah says that not to oppress the widow or the fatherless (Zechariah 7:10). "Blog Y2 014 - God Answers Our Prayers Before We Ask"

That before they call, I will answer; And while they are still speaking, I will hear. Isaiah 65:24. The answer to our prayers is prepared before we pray. He is more ready to hear than we are to pray! While we are praying to Him, He hears, answers, and grants our requests, and more, just as He did for Daniel. Gabriel, an angel from God, brought God’s answer to Daniel. At the moment Daniel began praying, God sent this messenger to speak to him (Daniel 9:20-23). This shows the Lord’s readiness to help and assist us in times of trouble or fear and is a great encouragement to approach the throne of grace constantly. He has made large and firm promises of answer when we pray. Yet, sometimes, His answer is a refusal; other times, it is a delay, and at other times, it is the gift of something we did not even ask for.
