"Blog Y2 031 - Live in Unity and Selfless Love"

Let each of you look out not only for his own interests, but also for the interests of others. Philippians 2:4.

The apostle Paul encouraged the Philippians to live in unity, love, and humility, putting others first. He taught them not to be selfish or try to impress others, but to humbly consider others as more important. This means actively looking for ways to help and care for one another, fulfilling the law of Christ by bearing each other's burdens. While humans naturally prioritize their own needs, Jesus set the perfect example of selfless love. When we care for others' needs above our own, we become a blessing and can transform the world for Christ. Do you put the needs of others before your own, following Christ’s example of selfless love? Romans 12:10 say: "Be kindly affectionate to one another with brotherly love, in honor giving preference to one another."

ஒற்றுமையோடும் அன்போடும் மனத்தாழ்மையோடும் வாழவும், மற்றவர்களுக்கு முதலிடம் கொடுக்கவும் பிலிப்பியர்களை அப்போஸ்தலனாகிய பவுல் உற்சாகப்படுத்தினார். சுயநலமாக இருக்கவோ மற்றவர்களைக் கவர முயற்சிக்கவோ கூடாது, ஆனால் தாழ்மையுடன் மற்றவர்களை அதிக முக்கியமானவர்களாக கருத வேண்டும் என்று அவர் அவர்களுக்குக் கற்பித்தார். இது மற்றவர்களுக்கு உதவவும், பராமரிக்கவும் ஆர்வமாக செயற்படுவதைப் பொருள்படுத்துகிறது. ஒருவரின் சுமைகளை சுமப்பதன் மூலம் கிறிஸ்துவின் சட்டத்தை நிறைவேற்றுகிறோம். மனிதர்கள் இயல்பாக தங்களின் தேவைகளுக்கு முன்னுரிமை கொடுக்கிறார்கள்; ஆனாலும் இயேசு தன்னலமற்ற அன்பின் சிறந்த உதாரணத்தை அமைத்து நமக்கு மாதிரியானார். நம்முடைய தேவைகளுக்கு மேலாக மற்றவர்களின் தேவைகளை நாம் கவனிக்கும்போது, நாம் ஒரு ஆசீர்வாதமாக மாறி, கிறிஸ்துவுக்காக உலகத்தை மாற்ற முடியும். தன்னலமற்ற அன்பில் கிறிஸ்துவின் முன்மாதிரியைப் பின்பற்றி, மற்றவர்களுடைய தேவைகளுக்கு முதலிடம் கொடுக்கிறீர்களா? ரோமர் 12:10 சொல்லுகிறது: “சகோதர சிநேகத்திலே ஒருவர்மேலொருவர் பட்சமாயிருங்கள்; கனம்பண்ணுகிறதிலே ஒருவருக்கொருவர் முந்திக்கொள்ளுங்கள்.”
