Blog # 345 - "Praising God reflects His eternal glory."

May the glory of the Lord endure forever; May the Lord rejoice in His works. Psalm 104:31.

The Lord rejoices in His works because they reflect His glory. The heavens declare the glory of God, and the firmament displays His handiwork. King David wrote many psalms celebrating the glory of the Lord, offering praises and thanksgiving for His magnificent creations, boundless love, enduring mercies, and unwavering faithfulness. The Lord's mercy endures forever, and His creations reveal His infinite power and wisdom. He delights in His works, for they showcase His glory. When we praise and worship Him, He rejoices in our adoration. He created us to praise His name and desires us to worship Him in every aspect of our lives, not just on the Sabbath. Are you worshiping and praising God in every aspect of your life, reflecting His glory through your actions? Psalm 118:1 says, “Oh, give thanks to the LORD, for He is good! For His mercy endures forever.”

கர்த்தருடைய மகிமை என்றென்றைக்கும் விளங்கும்; கர்த்தர் தம்முடைய கிரியைகளிலே மகிழுவார். சங்கீதம் 104:31.

கர்த்தர் தம்முடைய கிரியைகளில் களிகூருகிறார், ஏனென்றால் அவை அவருடைய மகிமையை பிரதிபலிக்கின்றன. வானங்கள் தேவனுடைய மகிமையை வெளிப்படுத்துகிறது, ஆகாயவிரிவு அவருடைய கரங்களின் கிரியையை அறிவிக்கிறது. தாவீது ராஜா கர்த்தருடைய மகிமையைக் கொண்டாடும் பல சங்கீதங்களை எழுதினார், அவருடைய அற்புதமான படைப்புகள், எல்லையற்ற அன்பு, நீடித்த இரக்கம் மற்றும் அசைக்க முடியாத விசுவாசம் ஆகியவற்றிற்காக துதிகளையும் நன்றியையும் செலுத்தினார். கர்த்தரின் இரக்கம் என்றென்றும் நிலைத்திருக்கிறது, அவருடைய படைப்புகள் அவருடைய எல்லையற்ற வல்லமையையும் ஞானத்தையும் வெளிப்படுத்துகின்றன. அவருடைய கிரியைகளில் அவர் மகிழ்கிறார், ஏனென்றால் அவை அவருடைய மகிமையை வெளிப்படுத்துகின்றன. நாம் அவரைத் துதித்து ஆராதிக்கும்போது, அவர் நமது போற்றுதலில் மகிழ்கிறார். அவருடைய நாமத்தைத் துதிக்கவே அவர் நம்மைப் படைத்தார், ஓய்வுநாளில் மட்டுமல்ல, நம் வாழ்க்கையின் ஒவ்வொரு அம்சத்திலும் அவரை வணங்க விரும்புகிறார். நீங்கள் உங்கள் வாழ்க்கையின் ஒவ்வொரு பகுதியிலும் தேவனை ஆராதித்து, துதிப்பதன் மூலம் உங்கள் செயல்களில் அவரது மகிமையை பிரதிபலிக்கிறீர்களா? சங்கீதம் 118:1 கூறுகிறது: "கர்த்தரைத் துதியுங்கள், அவர் நல்லவர்; அவர் கிருபை என்றுமுள்ளது.”

No one has seen God at any time. If we love one another, God abides in us, and His love has been perfected in us. 1 John 4:12. The Apostle John reminds us that no one has seen God in His true form because He is a spiritual being, and our human eyes can only perceive physical things. Like the wind, God is invisible. Even in the Bible, when figures like Abraham or Gideon encountered God or angels, they did not see God's full nature. Today, we don’t need to physically see God to know Him. When we love one another, we "see" God through our actions. When we show love, God abides in us, and His love helps us grow spiritually. Whatever is incomplete or imperfect in our lives, God's love fills those gaps. His love is the greatest gift, providing everything we need to live for Him and to love others. He who has been born of God keeps himself, and the wicked one does not touch him. 1 John 5:18. Apostle John declares that everyone who believes that Jesus is Christ has been born of God, making them a child of God. When we acknowledge Jesus as the only God and accept Him as our Savior, the Holy Spirit enters our hearts and transforms us from our old selves into new individuals. From that moment on, Christ safeguards us from sin and protects us against the enemy's evil plans. The Bible affirms that whoever has been born of God does not sin, as His seed remains in them, and they cannot sin because they have been born of God. Through You we will push down our enemies; Through Your name we will trample those who rise up against us. Psalm 44:5. The verse highlights the theme of faith and reliance on God's strength. Despite their distress, the Israelites continue to affirm their trust in God's power and His sovereignty over their enemies. It is a declaration of their faith in God's ability to deliver them from their troubles and grant them victory. We see God's protection, power, and victory over everything. We know how David killed Goliath in the name of the Lord. The psalmist says that we shall tread upon the lion and the cobra; the young lion and the serpent we shall trample underfoot with God’s authority. "We need to submit ourselves to Christ"

Set your mind on things above, not on things on the earth. Colossians 3:2. One of the best thoughts to meditate on is keeping our minds on things that are above (heaven), not on things that are on the earth. As heaven and earth are far apart, they cannot be considered together; affection for one will weaken the other. It is a choice in front of us: whether we choose good or evil, life or death. Choosing evil things will lead us towards death without hope of eternal heaven. Choosing good things will take us to heaven the eternal life. To choose life, we need to seek God, obey His word, and faithfully follow Him. We need to submit ourselves to Christ to be renewed day by day. "Pray, Pray, Pray, Pray, Pray!"

Continue earnestly in prayer, being vigilant in it with thanksgiving. Colossians 4:2. Today's verse reminds us of the importance of prayer, urging us to engage in it continuously, earnestly, watchfully, vigilantly, and with gratitude towards God. Apostle Paul wrote to the people of Thessalonica in 1 Thessalonians 5:17, 18 , " Pray without ceasing, in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you." We need to maintain alertness and focus in our prayer life with an attitude of thanksgiving. Without continuous connection with God, we fall into the enemy's snares, losing our peace and joy. In Matthew 26:41 , Jesus advises Apostle Peter to "Watch and pray, lest you enter into temptation. "Blog Y2 014 - God Answers Our Prayers Before We Ask"

That before they call, I will answer; And while they are still speaking, I will hear. Isaiah 65:24. The answer to our prayers is prepared before we pray. He is more ready to hear than we are to pray! While we are praying to Him, He hears, answers, and grants our requests, and more, just as He did for Daniel. Gabriel, an angel from God, brought God’s answer to Daniel. At the moment Daniel began praying, God sent this messenger to speak to him (Daniel 9:20-23). This shows the Lord’s readiness to help and assist us in times of trouble or fear and is a great encouragement to approach the throne of grace constantly. He has made large and firm promises of answer when we pray. Yet, sometimes, His answer is a refusal; other times, it is a delay, and at other times, it is the gift of something we did not even ask for.
