"Humble ourselves before the Lord"

He(God) sets on high those who are lowly, and those who mourn are lifted to safety. Job 5:11

Today's verse says that God sets the lowly on high, and the mourners are lifted to safety. He protects the sorrowful and lifts up those who have been dishonored. Hannah, mother of prophet Samuel was brought low by people when she was a barren. But she called upon the Lord and God enabled her to give birth to Samuel. Then she praised God, "The LORD makes poor and makes rich; He brings low and lifts up."  Like Hannah, when we humble ourselves before the Lord, he will lift us high. God can comfort and protect the humble. Let us do exactly what the author of the book of James says , "Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and He will lift you up."

தாழ்த்தப்பட்டவர்களை கடவுள் உயர்த்துகிறார், துக்கப்படுபவர்கள் பாதுகாத்து  உயர்த்துகிறார்  என்று இன்றைய வசனம் கூறுகிறது.  அவர் துக்கப்படுபவர்களைப் பாதுகாத்து, அவமானப்படுத்தப்பட்டவர்களை உயர்த்துகிறார்.  தீர்க்கதரிசியான சாமுவேலின் தாய் அன்னாள் மலடியாக இருந்தபோது மக்களால் தாழ்த்தப்பட்டார்.  ஆனால் அவள் கர்த்தரை நோக்கிக் கூப்பிட்டாள், சாமுவேலைப் பெற்றெடுக்க கடவுள் அவளுக்கு உதவினார்.  பிறகு அவள் கடவுளைப் புகழ்ந்தாள் "கர்த்தர் தரித்திரம் அடையச்செய்கிறவரும், ஐசுவரியம் அடையப்பண்ணுகிறவருமா யிருக்கிறார். அவர் தாழ்த்துகிறவரும் உயர்த்துகிறவருமானவர்." அன்னாளைப் போல, நாம் கர்த்தருக்கு முன்பாக நம்மைத் தாழ்த்தும்போது, ​​அவர் நம்மை உயர்த்துவார்.  தாழ்மையுள்ளவர்களைக் தேவன் அரவணைத்து பாதுகாக்க முடியும். "கர்த்தருக்கு முன்பாகத் தாழ்மைப்படுங்கள், அப்பொழுது அவர் உங்களை உயர்த்துவார்." என்று யாக்கோபு புத்தகத்தின் ஆசிரியர் சொல்வதை அப்படியே செய்வோம்.
