"Blessed are the peacemakers"

Better is a dry morsel with quietness, than a house full of feasting with strife. Proverbs 17:1

In today's verse, King Solomon says the importance of a peaceful life. In our daily lives, we see problems and chaos all around us. People fight with one another for simple things, forgetting the importance of relationships. It's better to live in peace and joy than to live in a wealthy house with strife and quarrel.  We can’t buy peace and joy from anywhere. Even people who dine at expensive restaurants can live unhappy lives and have unhappy relationships. Arguments may frequently arise in families, but when the focus is only on wealth, there is minimal common ground for resolving those disagreements. In the Sermon on the Mount, Jesus says,”Blessed are the peacemakers, For they shall be called sons of God.” Also, in John 14:27, Jesus gave His Gift of peace, “Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you.” Let us look and pray to Jesus and live in peace. Apostle Paul says in Romans 12:18, "If it is possible, as much as depends on you, live peaceably with all men."
