"Waiting on God with patience"

Wait on the Lord; Be of good courage, And He shall strengthen your heart; Wait, I say, on the Lord! Psalm 27:14.

Today's scripture teaches us how to wait on the Lord. It is not easy to wait in our daily situations. We often become discouraged when things don't happen as quickly as we hope. In the early days of our faith, our prayers might have been answered immediately, but as we grow in the Lord, we may find that this is no longer the case. This is when God is teaching us to rely on Him in faith, waiting, trusting, and hoping with joyful hearts. If we understand how God is leading us, teaching us, and testing our faith, we will grow spiritually and witness miracles in God's own way. We need patience during this time as we walk through challenges. He teaches us and strengthens us on how to wait upon Him. If you are still waiting, don't be discouraged. Our Lord makes all things beautiful in His time! The time is near. Wait patiently. Psalm 25:5 says, "Lead me in Your truth and teach me, For You are the God of my salvation; On You, I wait all the day."

கர்த்தருக்குக் காத்திரு; அவர் உன் இருதயத்தை ஸ்திரப்படுத்துவார்; திடமனதாயிருந்து, கர்த்தருக்கே காத்திரு. சங்கீதம் 27:14.

கர்த்தருக்காக எவ்வாறு காத்திருக்க வேண்டும் என்பதை இன்றைய வசனம் நமக்குப் போதிக்கிறது. நம் அன்றாட சூழ்நிலைகளில் காத்திருப்பது எளிதல்ல. நாம் எதிர்பார்த்த அளவுக்கு விரைவாக விஷயங்கள் நடக்காதபோது நாம் பெரும்பாலும் சோர்வடைகிறோம். நமது விசுவாசத்தின் ஆரம்ப நாட்களில், நமது ஜெபங்கள் உடனடியாக பதிலளிக்கப்பட்டிருக்கலாம், ஆனால் நாம் கர்த்தரில் வளரும்போது, இது இனி அப்படி இல்லை என்பதை நாம் காணலாம். விசுவாசத்தோடும், காத்திருந்தும், நம்பிக்கையோடும், மகிழ்ச்சியான இருதயத்தோடும் அவரைச் சார்ந்திருக்க தேவன் நமக்குப் போதிக்கிறார். தேவன் நம்மை எப்படி வழிநடத்துகிறார், போதிக்கிறார், நம்முடைய விசுவாசத்தை சோதிக்கிறார் என்பதை நாம் புரிந்துகொண்டால், நாம் ஆவிக்குரிய ரீதியில் வளர்ந்து, தேவன் தனக்கே உரிய வழியில் அற்புதங்கள் செய்வதைக்  காண்போம். இந்த நேரத்தில் நாம் சவால்களை கடந்து செல்லும்போது பொறுமை தேவை. அவருக்குக் காத்திருக்க வேண்டிய விதத்தை அவர் நமக்குப் போதித்து, நம்மைப் பெலப்படுத்துகிறார். நீங்கள் இன்னும் காத்திருக்கிறீர்கள் என்றால், சோர்வடைய வேண்டாம். நம் ஆண்டவர் தம் காலத்தில் எல்லாவற்றையும் நேர்தியாகச் செய்கிறார்! அவரின் நேரம் நெருங்கிவிட்டது. பொறுமையாக காத்திருங்கள். சங்கீதம் 25:5 சொல்லுகிறது,  "உம்முடைய சத்தியத்திலே என்னை நடத்தி, என்னைப் போதித்தருளும்; நீரே என் இரட்சிப்பின் தேவன், உம்மை நோக்கி நாள்முழுதும் காத்திருக்கிறேன்."
