Blog # 344 - "Resist fear with God's promises"

Do not fear, for you will not be ashamed; Neither be disgraced, for you will not be put to shame. Isaiah 54:4.

Today's verse is a promise from God, telling us not to fear, for we will not be put to shame. Fear is a weapon of the enemy. The devil tries to bring us down with stress, anxiety, depression, discouragement, and disgraceful words. That leads us to live in darkness and shame in every area of our lives. We must recognize the devil's tricks and overcome him with the Word of God. The Word of God says that the devil prowls around like a roaring lion, looking for someone to devour. Resist him, standing firm in the faith, knowing that our brothers worldwide are undergoing the same kinds of suffering. Are you standing firm in your faith and resisting satan's attempts to bring fear and shame into your life?  Isaiah 41:10 says, ”Fear not, for I am with you; Be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, Yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.”

பயப்படாதே, நீ வெட்கப்படுவதில்லை; நாணாதே, நீ இலச்சையடைவதில்லை. ஏசாயா 54:4.

இன்றைய வசனம், நாம் வெட்கப்படுத்தப் படாதபடிக்கு, பயப்படாதிருங்கள் என்னும் தேவனின் வாக்குறுதியாகும். பயம் என்பது எதிரியின் ஆயுதம். சாத்தான் நம்மை பதட்டம், கவலை, மனஅழுத்தம், சோர்வு, மற்றும் அவமானகரமான வார்த்தைகள் மூலம் கீழே கொண்டு வர முயற்சிக்கிறான். இது நம் வாழ்க்கையின் ஒவ்வொரு பகுதியிலும் இருளிலும் அவமானத்திலும் வாழ வழிவகுக்கிறது. நாம் பிசாசின் தந்திரங்களை அடையாளம் கண்டு தேவனுடைய வார்த்தையால் அவனை மேற்கொள்ள வேண்டும். பிசாசு கெர்ச்சிக்கிற சிங்கத்தைப்போல் சுற்றித் திரிந்து, யாரை விழுங்கலாம் என்று வகை  தேடுகிறான் என்று தேவனுடைய வார்த்தை சொல்லுகிறது. உலகெங்கிலும் உள்ள நம் சகோதரர்கள் இதே வகையான துன்பங்களை அனுபவிக்கிறார்கள் என்பதை அறிந்து, விசுவாசத்தில் உறுதியாக நின்று சாத்தானை எதிர்த்து நில்லுங்கள். நீங்கள் உங்கள் விசுவாசத்தில் உறுதியாக நின்று, உங்கள் வாழ்க்கையில் பயத்தையும் அவமானத்தையும் கொண்டுவர சாத்தான் எடுக்கும் முயற்சிகளை எதிர்க்கிறீர்களா? ஏசாயா 41:10 சொல்லுகிறது, “நீ பயப்படாதே, நான் உன்னுடனே இருக்கிறேன்; திகையாதே, நான் உன் தேவன்; நான் உன்னைப் பலப்படுத்தி உனக்குச் சகாயம்பண்ணுவேன்; என் நீதியின் வலதுகரத்தினால் உன்னைத் தாங்குவேன்.”
