"Pour your hearts out to God"

The Lord upholds all who fall, and raises up all who are bowed down. Psalm 145:14

Today's verse speaks about the Lord as the Upholder and Sustainer of all who fall, and He raises up those who are oppressed. It is easy for us to put ourselves down when we hear negative things and become discouraged. However, when we pour our hearts out to God, He is there to lift us and bless us. Just like Hannah, the mother of the prophet Samuel, who was in bitterness of soul and prayed to the Lord with tears and anguish, pouring out her heart due to her barrenness. God honored her by giving her Samuel and lifting her high. In Psalm 37:24, King David declares, "Though he falls, he shall not be utterly cast down; for the LORD upholds him with His hand."

இன்றைய வசனம், விழும் அனைவரையும் தாங்குபவராகவும் ஆதரிப்பவராகவும் தேவவனைப் பற்றி பேசுகிறது, மேலும் அவர் ஒடுக்கப்பட்டவர்களை உயர்த்துகிறார்.  எதிரான விஷயங்களைக் கேட்டு மனச்சோர்வடையும்போது நம்மைத் தாழ்த்திக் கொள்வது எளிது.  இருப்பினும், நாம் நம் இதயங்களை தேவனிடம் ஊற்றும்போது, ​​​​அவர் நம்மை உயர்த்தி ஆசீர்வதிக்க இருக்கிறார்.  சாமுவேல் தீர்க்கதரிசியின் தாய் அன்னாளைப் போலவே, ஆன்மாவின் கசப்புடன், கண்ணீரோடும் வேதனையோடும் தேவனிடம் ஜெபம் செய்து, தனக்கு  பிள்ளையில்லாத படியால் தன் மனதைக் கொட்டினாள். கடவுள் அவளுக்கு சாமுவேலைக் கொடுத்து அவளை உயர்த்தினார்.  சங்கீதம் 37:24 - ல், தாவீது ராஜா அறிவிக்கிறார், "அவன் விழுந்தாலும் தள்ளுண்டு போவதில்லை, கர்த்தர் தமது கையினால் அவனைத் தாங்குகிறார்."
