Blog # 332 - "Guard Your Heart, Source of Life"

Keep your heart with all diligence, For out of it spring the issues of life. Proverbs 4:23.

This verse speaks about guarding our hearts carefully, for it is the source of life. Just as the human heart produces physical life, the spiritual heart produces spiritual life. The heart is the seat of the mind, will, thoughts, conscience, and even the inner person. It is the storehouse for wisdom, and all that influences our life and character. As we make choices and decisions for this life in our hearts, we need to be careful about the decisions we make for our spiritual life. Apostle Paul says that if we confess with our mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in our hearts that God has raised Him from the dead, we will be saved. So, salvation starts in our hearts. To protect our salvation, we should hide the word of God in our hearts. It leads to eternal life. Are you guarding your heart and believing in your heart that God has raised Jesus from the dead?  Luke 6:45 says, “A good man out of the good treasure of his heart brings forth good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart brings forth evil. For out of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaks.”

எல்லாக் காவலோடும் உன் இருதயத்தைக் காத்துக்கொள், அதினிடத்தினின்று ஜீவஊற்று புறப்படும். நீதிமொழிகள் 4:23.

இந்த வசனம் நம் இருதயங்களை கவனமாக பாதுகாப்பதைப் பற்றி பேசுகிறது, ஏனென்றால் அது ஜீவ ஆதாரம். மனித இதயம் உடல் வாழ்வை உருவாக்குவது போல, ஆவிக்குரிய இதயம் ஆவிக்குரிய வாழ்க்கையை உருவாக்குகிறது. இதயமானது, நமது,  மனம், விருப்பம், எண்ணங்கள், மனசாட்சி மற்றும் உள்ளான மனிதனின் இருக்கையும் ஆகும். இது, ஞானம் மற்றும் நம் வாழ்க்கையையும் குணாதிசயத்தையும் பாதிக்கக் கூடிய அனைத்திற்கும் ஒரு  பொக்கிஷமாக இருக்கிறது. இந்த வாழ்க்கைக்கான தெரிவுகளையும் தீர்மானங்களையும் நமது இருதயங்களில் நாம் எடுக்கும்போது, ஆவிக்குரிய வாழ்க்கைக்காக நாம் எடுக்கும் தீர்மானங்களைக் குறித்து நாம் கவனமாயிருக்க வேண்டும். கர்த்தராகிய இயேசுவை நம்முடைய வாயினாலே அறிக்கையிட்டு, தேவன் அவரை மரித்தோரிலிருந்து எழுப்பினார் என்று நம்முடைய இருதயங்களில் விசுவாசித்தால், நாம் இரட்சிக்கப்படுவோம் என்று அப்போஸ்தலனாகிய பவுல் கூறுகிறார். எனவே, இரட்சிப்பு நம் இதயங்களில் தொடங்குகிறது. நம்முடைய இரட்சிப்பைப் பாதுகாக்க, தேவனுடைய வார்த்தையை நம் இருதயங்களில் பதித்து வைக்க  வேண்டும். அது நித்திய ஜீவனுக்கு நம்மை வழிநடத்துகிறது. நீங்கள் உங்கள் இருதயத்தைப் பாதுகாத்து, தேவன் இயேசுவை மரித்தோரிலிருந்து எழுப்பினார் என்று உங்கள் இருதயத்தில் விசுவாசிக்கிறீர்களா? லூக்கா 6:45 கூறுகிறது, “நல்ல மனுஷன் தன் இருதயமாகிய நல்ல பொக்கிஷத்திலிருந்து நல்லதை எடுத்துக் காட்டுகிறான்; பொல்லாத மனுஷன் தன் இருதயமாகிய பொல்லாத பொக்கிஷத்திலிருந்து பொல்லாததை எடுத்துக்காட்டுகிறான்; இருதயத்தின் நிறைவினால் அவனவன் வாய் பேசும்.”
